Carol Kavanaugh, M.Sc., ASQ C.Q.E., based in Kingston, Ontario, Canada - is a statistician who teaches and consults on the use of statistics in business and industry to improve product and service quality - especially experimental design and statistical process control. Carol is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer and a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality (Ottawa Valley, Toronto, and Montreal sections), also Statistics Division.

She is also experienced and knowledgeable in the use and interpretation (and foibles) of various computer software packages such as spreadsheets (including Excel, Lotus), and statistical analysis ( Design-Expert, JMP. Minitab, STATISTICA.

Associates are consultants offering complementary and supportive services to clients of C.F. Kavanaugh. Associates are available for consultation as needed, for expertise in specific subject areas or instruction in French.
